High End Labor Pool has been staffing event productions and tours nationwide since 2001. Continually recruiting top notch technicians and operators, H.E.L.P. is always looking to hire and retain new talent to provide its customers with the best service possible. H.E.L.P. was formed by Sandra Bond, an MBA with a production staffing and accounting background. She also has years of field experience as a Lighting Designer, Stage Manager, Crew Coordinator, and Project Manager . She firmly believes that crewing a show is essential to the success of the production, especially as costs rise and timeframes shrink in our industry. Finding properly trained individuals to do the job efficiently and with customer satisfaction in mind continues to be her main goal.
Our Staff
Sandra’s introduction to the event production industry started in 1987 as a performing musician. She then moved on to production staffing and accounting, working for a nationwide production labor provider in 1996. After receiving her M.B.A. in 2002, she decided to continue doing production staffing and accounting through the partnership World Class Production Services. After this company disbanded, wishing to continue to serve her loyal client base, she formed H.E.L.P. She is also a lighting designer and moving light technician, having received several certifications offered at LDI and direct through the manufacturers, including Martin, High End Systems, Vari-lite and Cast Software.
Our Future
H.E.L.P. will continue serving its current customer base and plans to continually market their high end production staffing service to new and potential clients. Arizona is one of the fastest growing markets in the U.S. today and is continually adding large resorts and convention centers with modern facilities perfect for the event production industry. H.E.L.P. will also continue to market and grow their touring production personnel department. We have a large database of production personnel nationwide and continue to add quality individuals to our list of available technicians. This service is valuable to our clients as the cost of traveling crews is continually rising. Having quality local support in multiple cities is one of our fastest growing areas of demand.
